What is the MRI Client Certification Program?
The MRI Client Certification Program is a structured training initiative offered through the MRI Certification Academy. It is designed to enhance client expertise by providing in-depth  courses modeled after the internal training used for MRI support analysts. These courses offer comprehensive insights into PMX modules and processes, helping users better understand and interpret data.

How is MRI Client Certification training different?
MRI Client Certification courses provide a deeper understanding of MRI processes through:

• Interactive e-learning modules that encourage exploration of concepts.
• Hands-on practical activities to reinforce newly acquired skills.
• Final assessments to validate knowledge and award certification.
• Downloadable badges to showcase earned credentials.
  
  What is the difference between ‘Certified’ and ‘Advanced’ levels?
  Upon successful completion of a course and its final assessment, participants earn a 'Certified' badge for that topic.
  
  Some courses offer an 'Advanced' level, which includes training on SQL SELECT statements  to visualize and troubleshoot data flows. Completion of the 'Intro to SQL' e-learning and assessment is required before enrolling in Advanced Certification modules.

  Who can participate in the certification program?

• Commercial Management Lease Administration
• Bank Reconciliation and Troubleshooting
• Property Management to Accounts Payable
  
  Each module includes a live, instructor-led session and an open lab on Wednesday, where clients can work independently with proctor support.
  
  Is there a cost associated with certification?
  There is no cost to participate in any session offered at Ascend.
  
  Will more certifications be added in the future?
  Yes. This is the initial rollout, developed based on feedback from Users Groups. MRI will continue to gather client input to shape future offerings.
