Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) – CTM Live Training

In this section, you will find answers to common questions about CTM live training courses, course registration, continuing education (CE) credits, certificates, and more.

If you have any other questions or need additional assistance, please contact the MRI Software Education Services team at Education@MRISoftware.com, and we will respond to your inquiry promptly.

Question: I registered for a CTM webinar or live training course but missed the session. Can I reschedule on another date?

Answer: Yes. Many of our CTM webinars and live training courses are scheduled weeks in advance, so if you cannot make it to your originally scheduled session, you can switch your registration to another session of the same course. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the MRI Training Academy at https://mrisoftware.skilljar.com.
  2. Click My Courses.
  3. Select the course from the Registrations list.
  4. Click the live training lesson, which will always appear first in the list under the Course Overview heading.
  5. Click the Cancel Registration link. When you click this link, you are removed from the class roster for that session.
  6. Click the Register button for the session you want to attend. At this point, your registration is updated, and you will receive email confirmation of your new session.

Please note that if you are transferring your registration for a continuing education (CE) credit course, you do not need to submit another $20 payment.

Question: I registered for and attended a CTM live training course to obtain continuing education (CE) credits, but I did not earn the credits or the certificate. Can I be moved to another session?

Answer: If you have completed a continuing education (CE) credit course but did not earn the credit due to noncompliance with the course requirements (e.g., not enabling your workstation camera, not attending the entire session, etc.), you can register for another session of the same course.

If you attended the Webex meeting, the system may prevent you from completing the steps previously prescribed for changing your registration. If so, for additional assistance selecting another session, please contact the MRI Software Education Services at Education@MRISoftware.com. In your message, please include the course title.

Please note that if you are transferring your registration for a continuing education (CE) credit course, you do not need to submit another $20 payment.

Question: I attended and completed a CTM training course but would like to take the course again. Can I do this?

Answer: Yes. To take a course you've previously completed, you can navigate to the course detail page on the MRI Training Academy. When you navigate to this page for a completed course, the registration button will read Take again (for free courses) or Purchase again (for paid courses). You can click this button, and then follow the on-screen prompts to register for the course.

Question: I completed a continuing education (CE) credit course, and the instructor confirmed that I attended the course and complied with all course regulations, but I have not received my certificate. How can I obtain my certificate?

Answer: After successfully completing a continuing education (CE) credit course, you must also complete the attestation on the MRI Training Academy, on which you must state that you attended the course in full.

Once this is done, the MRI Software Education Services team will confirm and corroborate your attestation, at which point your certificate will be available on the MRI Training Academy.

Though these steps require intervention by multiple parties, including the student, we strive to have certificates available three (3) to five (5) business days after the class session.

Question: Where can I find my certificates for continuing education (CE) credit courses?

Answer: Once you are notified that your attestation has been assessed by MRI Education Services, you can view and download your certificate on the MRI Training Academy. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the MRI Training Academy at https://mrisoftware.skilljar.com.
  2. Click My Courses.
  3. On your Registrations list, find the continuing education (CE) credit course you completed.
  4. Click the View certificate link in the Status column on the line for the course. The certificate opens in a new browser tab. From the certificate page, you can download a PDF of the certificate.

Question: When attempting to join a Webex meeting, the Launch Event button does not appear to be active or clickable. What do I do?

Answer: The Launch Event button becomes active 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the live training session. If you navigate to the page before this threshold, we recommend refreshing the page to make the button available.

Question: Do I need any additional Webex meeting information (such as a password, key, etc.) to join the session?

Answer: You can join the Webex meetings for our CTM live training courses without having to enter any meeting information manually, so you do not need a password or key.

Instead, you can join the session from the confirmation email you received when you registered, or you can follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the MRI Training Academy at https://mrisoftware.skilljar.com.
  2. Click My Courses on the website header.
  3. Select the course from your Registrations list.
  4. Select the live training lesson.
  5. Click the Launch Event button, and then follow the on-screen prompts to launch the Webex meeting.

Question: Are recordings of the live training sessions available?

Answer: Yes. Recordings of the live training sessions are available on the CTM Software help page.
