Affordable Housing - Agency Transmissions (HUD) Live Training

NOTE: This course is intended for clients who are new to Affordable Housing or migrating from a legacy MRI solution to the Affordable Housing platform. Please contact your Account Manager for a possible promotion code if you are interested in scheduling your migration.

Our Affordable Housing - Agency Transmissions (HUD) training will walk you through Creating & Sending tenant files and the HAP Request (voucher) via iMAX to TRACS, as well as the reconciliation of HAP requests within the MRI Affordable Housing application.  

This class will cover the following processes:

• Creating and Sending MAT records  via iMAX to TRACS
• Creating and Sending monthly Housing Assistance Payment Request ( HAP) via iMax to TRACS
• Updating Housing Assistance Payment Requests to match HUD/CA Approved Payment Amounts
