RentPayment: Deluxe CDM User Management - Video

This course introduces the User Management screen within Deluxe’s Client Decisioning Module and shows Administrators how to manage user accounts efficiently. You’ll learn how to find and filter users, edit user details, enable or disable accounts, and reset passwords.

The video also covers managing groups and roles, including viewing assigned groups, adding or removing group access, and assigning roles to control user permissions within the Client Decisioning Module. Finally, it walks through the process of adding a new user, from creating a unique username and temporary password to assigning the appropriate roles and group access.

By the end of this course, Admins will be able to confidently manage user access and permissions across the Deluxe Client Decisioning Module.
