This course will teach property management employees how to dispatch, accept, track, and action service requests made by tenants and internal staff.
The Tenant Service Request Usage course is intended for all users of MRI Angus who will be responsible for dispatching, completing, reviewing, or billing Tenant Service Request work orders.
