General & Tenant Request Setup Live Training

During this session, we will explore:

• Setting up your profile
• Basic functions and navigation
• An overview of General Setup including the Tenant Service portal, tenants' leases and spaces, managing contacts including their permissions and subscriptions, coverage hours, etc.
• Tenant Service Request Work Order configurations including routing, escalations, service schedules, etc.
