• Setting up your profile
• Basic functions and navigation
• An overview of General Setup, including the Tenant Service portal, tenant leases and spaces, managing contacts, including permissions and subscriptions, coverage hours, and more
• Tenant Service Request Work Order configurations, including routing, escalations, service schedules, and more
• Capturing Preventive Maintenance equipment data, and creating tasks and schedules
