MRI Angus Launch Support

Welcome to MRI Angus!

From July 7-11, we'll be providing informational sessions on core Angus features. These sessions are designed to assist new users during the go-live period as they migrate to the system from Workspeed. Each day, we'll also host office hours sessions where you can drop in to ask any questions that arise as you begin using the system. Session schedule and information is below.

Day 1 - July 7:

• 11:00 A.M. EST - How to set up role permissions and employee profiles in MRI Angus
• 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. EST - Extended Office Hours Session for Go-Live Support

Day 2 - July 8:

• 11:00 A.M. EST - Configuring Routing, Pools, Auto Dispatching and Employee Device Settings in MRI Angus
• 2:00 P.M. EST - Office Hours

Day 3 - July 9:

• 11:00 A.M. EST - MRI Angus Work Order Workflows (Tenant Request history events, to-do lists, work order messaging, employee subscriptions, services)
• 2:00 P.M. EST - Office Hours

Day 4 - July 10:
