This self-paced course will introduce you to the guest card and prospect communication processes in Lead Management.
Upon completion of this eLearning, you will be able to:
- Add prospects to Lead Management.
- View and modify the contact information and lease preferences of your prospects on their guest cards.
- Send email messages and text messages to prospects individually and en masse.
