Engage Protect: Resident Screening - eLearning

This course provides an overview of the transition from Rental History Reports (RHR) to Engage Protect: Resident Screening. Learners will become familiar with the new branding, navigation model, dashboard experience, and modernized user interface. The course highlights changes to menu structures, dashboard organization, reporting access, task management, administrative functions, and overall user experience improvements. Upon completion, learners will be able to confidently navigate the Resident Screening platform and understand how existing workflows have been redesigned within the Engage Protect ecosystem.
