Engage Protect: ID Verification - eLearning

This course introduces the redesigned Engage Protect: ID Verification application and highlights the transition from the legacy Checkpoint ID (CPID) experience to the modern Engage Protect user interface. Learners will explore the new navigation structure, dashboard enhancements, Online ID Verification workflows, Income Verification features, History management, Verification Details redesign, and administrative functions such as Locations, Groups, and Team Members. By the end of the course, learners will understand how to use the updated interface, locate key features, manage verification requests, and leverage the new workflows designed to improve efficiency and usability.
