In this eLearning, we will learn how to use Engage Interact, an automated answering service that uses speech recognition to assist callers, play custom property information, and connect residents with maintenance.
In this eLearning, we will learn how to listen to your messages, see how maintenance responds to emergency page outs, and customize your Engage Interact system by setting office hours, adding users, and creating your emergency page out schedule. We will also learn how to forward your phones to Engage Interact to ensure every call is handled efficiently.
