In this course, we will walk you through how to add participants to your eContact sheet to track who's involved in your transactions.
In this course, you will learn how to:
- Pull in the contact details for your client and make changes.
- Add the agent on the other side of the deal and make changes.
- Add the lender and title company contacts with email addresses.
- Add the transaction coordinator, HOA company, appraiser, inspector, etc.
- Best practice: Email this sheet to title and lender once under contract.
- Best Practice: Save a copy as you close out your transactions.
