      • Where can I find my log in credentials?
        • You will log in to your CTM eContracts account and see a button to activate your account in the next generation of CTM. This action will automatically create your new account and link to your existing account. You will confirm your personal information and set a new password.
      • Will I still be able to access the existing CTM platform after creating my new account?
        • Yes, you will continue to have access to the existing system after setting up your new account. While not all data will transfer immediately, you will maintain access to active CTM eContracts transactions in the new platform.
      • How long will this program run?
        • You have access to use this platform in real transactions going forward. All testing and feedback will be accepted until general availability.
      • Will I lose the ability to integrate transactions with other users who are using the existing CTM platform?
        • No, there will be integration between CTM eContracts and the next generation of CTM.
      • What should I test first?
        • Follow the Early Adopter Testing Instructions on this page. These will guide you through the process of using the system to help you experience it and gather feedback.
      • Will I receive any training?
        • Yes, we host multiple live training sessions and will send out a recording of the training session for self-serve training and reference throughout EA.
      • What type of feedback are you expecting me to provide?
        • We would like your feedback on the user experience, transaction flow, integration experience while working with other agents, and process of creating/editing/sending/signing contracts.
      • How should I share feedback?
        • Please find a link to the Early Adopter Feedback Form at the bottom of this page. This form will prompt you with questions about your experience and allow you to share your thoughts about the CTM next-gen platform. This is the most important part of the EA process, and your feedback will help us prepare for the launch of the updated CTM eContracts to the rest of the market.
      • How will you keep participants updated?
        • We will check in throughout the process to ensure successful completion of account creation/linking and provide helpful answers to frequently asked questions. Reminder emails will be sent to all participants for easy access to the EA Feedback Form.
      • What happens once the program is complete?
        • The EA program will be "complete" upon the next generation of CTM going live to all clients. Up until that date, our team will use your feedback to ensure that the system is ready for release. You will have access to the updated CTM platform throughout that time and your access will not change during or after general availability release.
